In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the jap77 website accessible at https://jap77.cam and all associated services, games, sportsbook markets, account tools, and promotional features made available thereunder.
• "jap77", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operating entity that owns and manages the Platform under an international gaming licence.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the unique, personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means the IDR funds deposited by a User into their Account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional funds, free spins credits, or incentive-based credits added to an Account by jap77, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed using funds from a User's Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by jap77 to validate a User's identity before processing withdrawals or at any time jap77 deems appropriate.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transactional currency on the Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC +7), the default time zone applied to all scheduled events, support hours, and transaction timestamps on the Platform.

To open and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly for adults. Underage gambling is prohibited, and any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and any balance forfeited pending investigation.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of jap77 or any of its affiliated operating partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the Platform or from any other gambling platform for problem gambling reasons, unless that exclusion period has formally expired.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, a unique and secure password, and your correct date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether you were the person actually conducting that activity.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jap77 immediately by contacting our support team at the email address listed in the Contact section of these Terms. jap77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the User failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jap77 does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are supported:

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum transaction limits are published on the relevant deposit and withdrawal pages within your Account portal and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jap77 reserves the right to require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, and particularly before processing a User's first withdrawal or any withdrawal above Rp 10.000.000.

Processing times stated above are indicative only. Delays may occur during Indonesian public holidays, during periods of high transaction volume, or where additional verification is required. jap77 will not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

jap77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Account holders, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day.

Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published at the point of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (the "rollover requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit to the Account. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the point of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Game eligibility: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are published in the individual promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise specified, only one active bonus may be held in a User's Account simultaneously. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Withdrawal of real money balance: Where a User holds both a Real Money Balance and a Bonus Balance, a request to withdraw funds will first be processed against the Real Money Balance. Any remaining Bonus Balance will remain subject to its applicable wagering requirements.
• Abuse: jap77 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or exploitation of a promotional error is identified.

All games available on the Platform — including live dealer tables, slot titles, table games, crash games, and sportsbook markets — are operated in accordance with the rules published within each game or market. Where a conflict arises between the rules published within a specific game and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay outcomes, and these Terms & Conditions shall prevail in respect of all account, payment, and conduct matters.

jap77's RNG-based game titles are sourced exclusively from certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, PGSoft, and Spribe. All certified titles carry independently audited return-to-player (RTP) rates. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios, including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, with outcomes determined in real time by physical dealing, spinning, or rolling — not by algorithmic generation.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, jap77 will endeavour to resolve the outcome in good faith based on available server logs. Where an outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the User's Real Money Balance. jap77's decision in such matters is final.

Sportsbook markets, including those covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, MotoGP Mandalika, and e-sports events, are settled in accordance with the official result at the conclusion of each event. jap77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently abandoned, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or affected by a data feed error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to automate play or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or mathematical arbitrage opportunities to generate profit outside of normal gameplay.
• Colluding with other Users in live dealer or poker games to gain a strategic advantage.
• Using the Account of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to charge back, dispute, or reverse any deposit transaction after it has been credited to an Account and wagered.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward jap77 support staff.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the jap77 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the property of jap77 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of jap77.

jap77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jap77 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by the conditions of jap77's operating licence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jap77 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — relating to the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

jap77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if jap77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall jap77's aggregate liability to any User exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jap77 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, third-party service failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

jap77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or criminal purposes.
• The User has provided false identity or financial information.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to jap77.
• The User has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme.

Users may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting jap77 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after the deduction of applicable pending wagers will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Upon Account suspension or termination for breach of these Terms & Conditions, jap77 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from Bonus Balance funds. Real Money Balances will be handled on a case-by-case basis following investigation.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jap77 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through jap77's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence in Indonesia. jap77 operates in compliance with applicable international gaming standards and applies responsible gaming practices consistent with globally recognised frameworks.

jap77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jap77 will notify registered Users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account and arrange return of your Real Money Balance.
